Georgia Advances 2027 Budget Planning and Enterprise Development Support
Georgia’s initial 2027 budget draft includes GEL 200 million for the Enterprise Development Program and approximately GEL 1.45 billion for the Ministry of Economy. The programme is expected to support business co-financing, credit guarantees and micro-enterprise development.
Government agencies require data-driven systems to monitor programme delivery, assess economic outcomes and improve public resource allocation. HPC provides policy analytics, programme-monitoring dashboards and economic-planning systems for a contract value of $750,000.
